Deposits:
$500 to confirm reservation.
Deposits for Golf Packages and NASCAR Packages will vary.
The balance of the tour price is due 45 days in advance of tour.
Cancellations:
Cancellations prior to 8 weeks before departure. Deposit is refundable, less a $25 per person administrative fee.
Cancellations with 4 weeks prior to departure. Payments are non-refundable. Tickets to events are non-refundable.
Cancellation insurance is available and strongly recommended; pre-existing conditions are waived if insurance is purchased within 7 days of the date initial trip deposit is made and coverage is for full cost of trip.
